About the Project:

Clovis is the latest product by Yei Finance, achieving over $400M TVL at its peak, $5.5M in protocol revenue over the past year, and standing as the largest protocol on Sei. Yei also pioneered the first lending-boosted DEX on Sei, with YeiSwap compounding YeiLend yields to drive $230M+ monthly trading volume and $147M in cross-chain bridge flow. Now, Clovis will expand this model across multiple chains, aiming to become DeFi’s cross-chain prime brokerage layer, supported by top-tier partnerships.

Work with data teams to set up dashboards, monitor product performance (e.g., TVL, user retention, transaction success), and propose actionable improvements.
Collaborate with risk teams to model economic implications, set protocol parameters, and maintain robust guardrails.
Cultivate partnerships, support integrations, and act as a Clovis advocate at industry and community events.
Oversee product releases, manage testing/QA processes, and own internal product excellence initiatives.

About SecurityScorecard:
SecurityScorecard is the global leader in cybersecurity ratings, with over 12 million companies continuously rated, operating in 64 countries. Founded in 2013 by security and risk experts Dr. Alex Yampolskiy and Sam Kassoumeh and funded by world-class investors, SecurityScorecard’s patented rating technology is used by over 25,000 organizations for self-monitoring, third-party risk management, board reporting, and cyber insurance underwriting; making all organizations more resilient by allowing them to easily find and fix cybersecurity risks across their digital footprint.
Headquartered in New York City, our culture has been recognized by Inc Magazine as a “Best Workplace,” by Crain’s NY as a “Best Places to Work in NYC,” and as one of the 10 hottest SaaS startups in New York for two years in a row. Most recently, SecurityScorecard was named to Fast Company’s annual list of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for 2023 and to the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in 2023 award recognizing “forward-thinking employers for their unwavering commitment to employee engagement.” SecurityScorecard is proud to be funded by world-class investors including Silver Lake Waterman, Moody’s, Sequoia Capital, GV and Riverwood Capital.
About the Team:
SecurityScorecard runs an unusually fast product org — ~120 in Engineering, a roadmap that re-prioritizes weekly, and a culture where the question isn’t “can we build it in two months” but “how do we do it in five days?” Product Operations is the operating system that lets that speed scale without flying blind.
We’re hiring a leader to own Product Ops end-to-end and run it as a three-pillar function: Data, Stories, and Process. This person inherits a mature, AI-native operation and is expected to push it further.
You’ll be the connective tissue between PMs, Engineering, Design, GTM, Finance, and the board reporting line. You break bottlenecks, you instrument everything, and you’re already prototyping the next AI workflow before anyone asks forit.
About the Role:
Data & Product Metrics (obsessively)
Programs, Reporting & Delivery (PMO)
AI for Product Ops (the urgent mandate)
Cross-functional forums & GTM
Who you are
Required Qualifications
How you’ll fit at SecurityScorecard
We value urgency, ownership, and people who’d rather break the wall than file a ticket about it — the same instinct behind “do it in five days” and forums like Product Court. There’s a real, healthy tension here between speed and operating maturity; your job is to add the maturity without killing the speed. If reading this made you impatient to start fixing things that’s a great signal.
Benefits:
Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!
The estimated total compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $350,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
SecurityScorecard is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and embraces diversity. We believe that our team is strengthened through hiring and retaining employees with diverse backgrounds, skill sets, ideas, and perspectives. We make hiring decisions based on merit and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex or gender (including pregnancy) gender identity or expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, age, marital, veteran, disability status or any other protected category in accordance with applicable law.
We also consider qualified applicants regardless of criminal histories, in accordance with applicable law. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures. If you need assistance or accommodation due to a disability, please contact talentacquisitionoperations@securityscorecard.io.

Leads data platform strategy and execution, builds scalable multi-tenant infrastructure, and partners with AI/engineering teams to transform raw data into actionable insights for sports clients.
Description
Jump is transforming the live sports experience with the only end-to-end fan engagement platform built specifically for sports teams and venues. By focusing on aligned incentives between teams and fans, our platform unifies ticketing, merchandise, and game day operations - creating a smoother, more fan-friendly experience.
Founded in 2021 by e-commerce innovator Marc Lore, MLB legend Alex Rodriguez, and entrepreneur Jordy Leiser, we’ve raised $60 million from top investors including Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six and Forerunner Ventures. Our platform powers teams across the NBA, WNBA, and NWSL helping them boost ticket sales and deliver innovative fan experiences.
We’re a remote-first team driven by core values - begin and build with trust, play like the underdog, win as a team, and do your thing. If you’re collaborative, adaptable, and eager to shape the future of live sports, Jump is the place for you.
The Role
Jump’s data platform is at an inflection point. What started as an internal capability now powers the analytics and insights our clients rely on every day. We’re turning it into a full product: scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure, an expanding library of integrations pulling from a growing set of first- and third-party data sources, and an AI intelligence layer that transforms raw data into actionable decisions.
As Data Platform Lead, you’ll own the vision and execution of that platform. You’ll lead and grow our data engineering team, partner closely with our AI engineer to shape how agents and LLMs consume and act on our data, and work across Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams to build something that scales — not a series of one-off implementations. The platform you build here will become core infrastructure for how our clients run their business.
What You’ll Do
Own the data platform strategy end-to-end — from ingestion architecture and scalable, multi-tenant data infrastructure to transformation pipelines, a modern BI layer, and how the platform grows as we add clients and data sources.
Drive the AI-on-data layer. Partner with our AI engineer to define how agents and LLMs access, query, and act on platform data — semantic models, retrieval patterns, and in-warehouse AI primitives.
Build and productize our integrations motion — ingesting data from a growing set of first- and third-party sources. Turn what today requires custom work into a repeatable, operable pattern.
Lead and develop our data engineering team. You’ll manage directly, set technical direction, and raise the bar on quality — starting with a tight-knit team with room to grow.
Define the engineering standards for the data org — CI/CD, testing, infra-as-code, data lineage, governance, and observability — so the platform scales without fragility.
Be a strong hands-on presence on the warehouse and transformation layer — fluent enough in Snowflake to contribute meaningfully alongside the team, not just oversee it.
Partner with go-to-market teams to define what great looks like for client onboarding and data delivery, and drive engineering execution against that bar.
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in data engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role — you have a proven track record of managing and developing engineers
Strong people management instincts: clear communicator, good at developing talent, comfortable giving direct feedback, and able to build a high-performance culture even with a small team.
Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data warehouse and transformation stack — Snowflake + dbt strongly preferred; Redshift, Databricks, or BigQuery with a fast ramp is acceptable.
Proven experience building AI on top of structured data — semantic layers, agent/LLM access patterns to warehouses, or retrieval-augmented generation.
Deep expertise in data ingestion at scale — you’ve built or owned the systems that pull from many disparate sources into a warehouse. You know when to use an off-the-shelf connector, when to build, and how to make either one operable at scale.
Experience building and shipping a productized, multi-tenant data offering — client isolation, onboarding flows, SLAs, and ongoing support. You think in products, not projects.
Solid engineering fundamentals: version control, code review, CI/CD, infra-as-code — and a bias toward standards that teams can repeat, not heroics that only you can maintain.
Nice to Haves
Direct Snowflake + dbt experience, and familiarity with advanced in-warehouse AI capabilities and agent-accessible data patterns.
ML or MLOps experience — feature stores, training pipelines, model evaluation — and a track record of building tools that extract measurable value from data.
AWS fluency — we run on AWS, and comfort with IAM, S3, Lambda, and Glue is a plus.
Experience with modern BI tooling and self-serve analytics delivery.
Background in sports, live events, or time-series data; experience with EU data residency, GDPR, or multi-region warehouse patterns.
Attributes that will make you successful on our team
A strong desire to learn. You continually look for ways to build your skills.
Tenacity. You enjoy working on challenges that others can’t or don’t want to tackle and you aren’t afraid of failing fast in order to find better solutions.
Passion. You love using your technical skills to build products that solve real problems. You hold yourself to a high standard and help to elevate others as well.
Empathy. You thrive in an environment where everyone can truly be themselves. You understand that our differing life experiences influence who we are and how we show up, and these diverse perspectives enrich both our team and our product.
Customer-centric mindset. You can understand the problem to be solved and who we are solving it for.
Innovation: Passion for exploring and implementing AI technologies to enhance automation, optimize workflows, and drive innovation
Benefits
Remote first
Competitive salary and equity
Flex PTO policy
401(k)
Generous medical, dental and vision plans
16 weeks paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers
$1,000 reimbursement for work-from-home tech setup

This role’s mission & overview:
Behind every successful summer is a camp leadership team working tirelessly to make the experience fun, smooth, and safe. They are our champions. They’re on a mission to serve kids, which requires not being stuck in the camp office manually muscling through planning and logistics tasks. This role is about leveraging technology to take the busywork off their plates so their time and attention go to building phenomenal experiences for campers and their families.
The Senior Product Manager, Admin Workflows is responsible for the tools that make up the operational backbone of camp. These are the capabilities camp directors and year-round staff rely on to plan, execute, and stay compliant through the season: sessions, camper groups, facilities and resources, activity scheduling, transportation and travel logistics, health and safety, plus the reporting and analytics that tie the whole picture together.
Admin workflows are what make camp possible. They carry real regulatory and safety weight, they involve sensitive health information, and they have to hold up under the operational pressure of a camp running at full capacity. This role exists to make sure they’re built well, evolve intentionally, and genuinely earn the trust of camp leaders, staff, and families. This role reports to the Director of Product Management and works day-to-day with a dedicated engineering team focused on this domain.

We encourage applications from parents, parents-to-be, and those responsible for the caretaking of others. Senior PM owns agentic AI product strategy and roadmap across three core HR products, partnering with AI engineering to build and ship specialist agents and infrastructure.
As our Senior Product Manager for the Agentic initiatives, you will own Tellent’s transition from a System of Record to a System of Action. This is a high-impact, cross-product role: instead of being embedded in a single product team, you will operate across all three of our core products - Hire, Manage, and Grow - building the unified AI layer that connects them. You will own the agentic product strategy and multi-cycle roadmap, driving everything from Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure and specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) to action execution and external ecosystem channels like Slack and mobile. This is an execution-heavy role for a technically fluent product leader. You will act as the primary product contact for an AI/LLM-native engineering team, collaborating deeply on agent architectures, evaluation loops, and quality frameworks. You will also partner with our exploratory AI workstream to integrate long-term vision into concrete, shippable increments.
You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) and work day-to-day with our AI Engineering Team Lead.
First 3 months: Immerse yourself in the existing capabilities of Hire, Manage, and Grow. Establish a trusted operating cadence with the AI engineering team and build alignment with product PMs across our core areas. Deliver structural clarity to the immediate cycle work and take over the execution of our foundation layer.
After 6 months: Ship the foundational MCP infrastructure alongside our first wave of specialist agents (Help, Hiring, Analytics) into production. Establish clear evaluation methodology and quality loops to measure and define agentic adoption, moving from exploratory paths to predictable delivery.
After 1 year: The agentic foundation is adopted and driving measurable value across our customer base. You have mapped out a legible multi-cycle roadmap extending to proactive suggestions and external channels, validated early agentic monetization hypotheses, and successfully secured active production design partners within the AI-native segment.
Product strategy & cross-product roadmap: Own the agentic product lifecycle across Hire, Manage, and Grow. Ensure the AI layer acts as a cohesive fabric rather than isolated features, maintaining constant alignment with core product PMs.
AI engineering partnership: Act as the direct product counter-weight to a highly technical, LLM-native engineering team. Collaborate on agent architectures, tooling, eval loops, and engineering tradeoffs.
Vision execution: Bridge the gap between blue-sky AI possibilities and reality. Partner with our exploratory AI workstream to ingest strategic vision and translate it into a pragmatic roadmap with clear execution metrics and kill criteria.
Market & monetization tracking: Keep a pulse on the rapidly evolving agentic HR landscape (both AI-native startups and pivoting incumbents). Inform our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) direction and test pricing hypotheses, including per-agent monetization models.
Defining “Good”: Establish and track adoption metrics that signal a successful transition to a System of Action, providing clear signals that leadership and the GTM teams can act upon.
We are looking for a seasoned product leader who possesses the technical depth to hold their own with AI engineers, paired with the product judgment to know what not to build. You lead with a bias to ship the smallest possible thing that proves the next strategic bet.
Must-haves
Significant experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade AI/agentic products or developer tooling.
Strong technical fluency in LLMs, agent architectures, MCP-style patterns, and LLM evaluation methodologies.
Comfort navigating multi-cycle, cross-product initiatives where the ultimate destination is clear but the discovery path requires exploratory iteration.
Exceptional written and asynchronous communication skills. With a remote-first collaboration model across offices, documentation and clear writing are your primary levers.
High product judgment and a strong commercial mindset - you think in terms of adoption and customer value, not just technological capability.
Full professional proficiency in English (C1 level).
Nice-to-haves
European market literacy, particularly regarding compliance and AI regulation (as compliance forms part of our core trust layer).
Experience managing cross-border stakeholder groups.
Hybrid or remote working setup across Amsterdam, the Cologne area, and Poland
A chance to shape one of the most ambitious scale-ups in Europe and lead a company-defining tech transition.
Work in a diverse, multicultural, and remote-friendly team.
€1,500 annual training budget + 2 dedicated learning days
Pension plan, travel reimbursement, and wellness perks.
28 paid holiday days + 2 additional days to relax.
Work from anywhere for 4 weeks/year.
Apple MacBook and top-tier tooling.
€200 home office budget.
Please note: Benefits may differ based on your employment location.
